What data we ask for, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. Last updated October 6, 2026.
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Who processes your data
Nimboo is a brand of Home Digital Iberia SLU, Spanish tax ID (CIF) B88929500, with its registered office at Calle Lepant 270, 08013 Barcelona (Spain), and registered with the Barcelona Commercial Register, sheet B-659363, folio 1, entry 1. It is the data controller. You can write to us at info@nimboo.es about anything related to this policy.
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, your email address and your answers about your project. Nothing else. There are no forms on any other page, and we don't collect data through any other channel.
For security, our infrastructure provider also automatically records the country the form is sent from. We don't store your full IP address or link it to your data.
What we use it for
To reply to you and prepare the call, and nothing else. We don't add you to any mailing list, we don't send you marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't share or sell your data to third parties.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you sent us.
How long we keep it
If the conversation doesn't lead to a project, we delete your data after twelve months. If it does, we keep it for as long as the working relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
Who else sees it
We work with providers that process data on our behalf, all under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, the form's bot filter and cookieless visit counting.
- Google Analytics — audience measurement, only if you allow it.
- Brevo — delivers the email with your answers to our inbox.
- Cal.com — booking the call, if you choose to use the calendar.
- Our email provider, where the message is stored.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, ask us to send it to you in a portable file, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to info@nimboo.es: we reply within one month and don't ask for any justification.
If you think we haven't handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites. We do measure which pages work with Google Analytics, and that does use cookies.
It isn't activated until you say yes. The first time you visit, a notice appears at the bottom with two buttons. Until you press either one, or if you choose "Not now", Analytics sets no cookies. Google may receive page-view pings with no cookies and no identifiers. Your choice is stored in your own browser, not in a cookie.
To change your mind, just clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again on your next visit. Or, quicker, .
Separately, Cloudflare counts visits without cookies: how many pages are viewed and from which country, language and type of device, without identifying anyone or following you from one visit to the next. That's why it doesn't ask for permission and works even if you reject everything else.
The form's bot filter and the calendar may use their own strictly necessary technical cookies, and only at the moment they load.
